Terms of service

These terms are between Vega Business Intelligence Oy ("Eiffels", "we") and the legal entity you represent ("Customer", "you").

Eiffels provides a software-as-a-service platform for capturing, structuring and routing communication data, as described on eiffels.ai. The service includes the SME plan, Enterprise plan, the AirLayer © platform and the mobile app.

The SME plan is €19/month or €194/year (15% off annual). Enterprise pricing is per scoped quote. Fees are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. Annual plans are non-refundable; monthly plans cancel at end of period.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you submit to the service, the accuracy of the messaging consent you obtain from end users, and compliance with WhatsApp Business Platform terms. You must keep credentials secure.

You may not use the service to send unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harassing content; to circumvent security; or for any purpose prohibited by Finnish or EU law or by WhatsApp's policies.

For personal data processed on your behalf, our DPA governs. We are your data processor; you remain the controller. EU residency by default.

We target 99.9% monthly availability for paid plans. Maintenance windows are scheduled and announced. Email support is included on all plans.

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice and a chance to cure.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Helsinki District Court.
