App support — common questions
Push notifications are not arriving — what should I do?+
Open Settings → Notifications → Eiffels and ensure alerts are enabled. On iOS, also check Focus modes.
Login fails with the right number — why?+
Make sure WhatsApp is installed and active on the same number. The OTP is sent over WhatsApp, not SMS.
How do I reset?+
In the app: Settings → Account → Sign out. Or email igor@eiffels.ai.
